Currently, we only accept credit card payments over the phone at 86-4-MY-SEEDS. However, for your convenience, you can also place your order online and select the PayPal payment option. This allows you to complete your transaction securely and efficiently.
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your shipping process?
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant details for your records. When your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Our seeds are shipped in mylar packaging and sealed for secure closure. All seeds are shipped with compliant seed COAs showing <0.03 THC% in accordance with DEA guidelines.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options, along with optional signature confirmation for deliveries. We recommend that customers select this option to help ensure safe delivery.
How quickly will I receive my seeds?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, in the order they are received. While we cannot control delivery times, most orders are delivered within 3 business days of shipping.
Can I choose expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select express shipping at checkout, which includes optional signature confirmation. Additional charges apply. Please note that express orders are shipped via Next Day Air and cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
Glacier Genetics is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier, lost or stolen packages, or package loss due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.

Can I purchase seeds to grow at home?

What are your refund and return policies?
REFUNDS
We are happy to refund your order, provided that:
- The order is canceled before it has entered the packing process, or
- We are unable to fulfill the order due to inventory availability.
If you need to cancel an order, please use the "cancel order" function on the ordering site for the fastest processing. In the event of an order cancellation due to inventory availability, we will confirm by email using the address provided with the order.
Funds will be returned via the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after the order has shipped. Any additional costs associated with re-shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
